kukkestore.com provides refunds/returns in the following cases:
- If the package is delivered in the damaged state, customer is advised not to take the package to avail the replacement.
- Product could not be delivered to you in a fair amount of time, then we will reship your order.
- Product/Package received in a damaged state. If your order package is damaged/open, then don’t accept the delivery and contact our customer care with unboxing video.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Packing video will be done and sent to the customer along with the package.Similarly in case of Damaged products for return and refund , unboxing video should be attached along with the invoice copy.
- Our customer care team must receive and approve your refund/replacement request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a refund/replacement.
- Once your refund/replacement has been authorized, we will process the same in two business days.
P.S. The goods will be delivered within 3- 21 working days from the date of placing the order.
